Check back later.

I will see what I can knock-up while watching BBC coverage of the PM's resignation.

OK, just so there is no misunderstanding, please state the exact name of the script.

There are a number of versions available.

David

MDFB-080914.zip is the script I'm running on my S5IS
I assume it will also run on the G11? Maybe a bad assumption.
I guess I wont know for sure until my G11 arrives in the next few days.

That is a zip file, not a script.
What is the name of the .BAS file ?

That is a mere detail for now.

MDFB-080914.bas

Download this file http://www.zshare.net/download/75978415142a1890/

Copy to a bootable card.

If there is a CHDK.CFG, delete it.

Make sure the file MDFB_080914.bas is in the Scripts folder.

Note the '_' in the script name, rename for now if necessary.

Boot the camera.

Hi David,

I tried the file you made for me. It only seems to recognize the default.bas script.

I tried the file you made for me. It only seems to recognize the default.bas script.

An extra period '.' in the script name   :)

Download this http://www.zshare.net/download/7599958015086072/

Delete ALL files and folders from a bootable card and copy the files extracted from the ZIP onto the card.

Boot the camera.

Parameter 'o' = 2 so you enter Test mode.
An introductory message is printed.

SDM motion-detection has enhanced features such as optional display of the cells and sample points.

It also supports no-motion detection and anti camera-shake.

David,

I tried the new program. It seems to be stuck in test mode and does not actually take pictures. I tried different parameter sets without any luck.

Sorry,
Gregg

It works perfectly.

It is not stuck, it runs until you press the shutter to stop the script.

Parameter 'o' is 'Shoot fast' in the parameters.

It is set to '2' for Test mode, as per the usual Fudgey script, it has not been changed.

Set to '0' or '1'.

Parameter set is extremely useful, I have not included the required files in your build.
I recommend that I do.
You can devise up to ten sets, each set can have a four-line description.
