Hi CHDK Members
I'm a newbie to CHDK and am using it on my new SX10IS. One of my interests is DOF Stacking (see www.flickr.com/photos/cattleya/sets/72157607313717489/ ).
I usually use an external flash on the hot shoe but am frustrated to date because MF / Multiple Shot mode disables the flash-synch signal. This also occurs when I enable the Force Flash override in CHDK. Is there a built in function that restores the flash-synch signal to the hot shoe? If not, can I write a script that accomplishes this in conjunction with the extended DOF-stacking functions in CHDK?
My further reading suggests that I drive the routine with the Ultra Intervalometer. Is this the right approach? Has this script been validated on the SX10IS?
