custom auto iso

i have a question regarding the "custom auto iso" feature I'm using the latest build @889.
my settings are:
enable custom auto iso-[.]
min shutter speed ----- [1/60s]
UF -- --------------------- [1]
ISF ---------------------- [1]
Max ISO HI ------------ [20]
Max ISO Auto ---------- [20]
min ISO ---------------- [10]
Are the settings fixed once i set them?
I'm under the impression my shutter speed should not go below 1/60s
and the iso should never go below 10 or above 200. in low lighting conditions this seems ignored unless the flash is enabled.

Thanks HarpoMa for all the great work  8)

Note that just because you can enter a value doesn't mean it will work. The general consensus is that CHDK override isn't able to set the ISO any lower than the canon firmware.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

my main concern isn't the iso it could be whatever.
i only care about the min shutter speed setting.
for example in low light the shutter speed will not be any slower than 1/60
the iso sensitivity will rise as high as i let it
to the point if to dark i will get under exposed images.
is the min shutter speed fixed even in low light conditions?
