In the last two days I have 1) Checked that I had rev. 1.00c,
2) Downloaded and installed CHDK for 720 IS,
3) Worked my way through the menus.
4) Found and installed scripts and grids.
5) Shot RAW.
6) Converted RAW to DNG and edited same in PS.
7) Compared the output of the latter to native jpeg at ISO 200 and 1600.
Now I am trying to refine how DNG4PS-2 works with my A720 IS by getting my head around colour profiles.
From 1) to 6) I have been immensely helped by the very patient members of this forum. My reference to "trying to keep up with rapidly changing technology" was the result of my absolute awe of people like Vitaly, Grand, Allbest and yourself.
