hehe, you're fast. wanted to add chdk a few days ago, but figured it should be one of the core devs to do that :)
i'm curious on how the outcome of the ohloh analysis will be :)

Ohloh - As a project manager, looking at the Ohloh site I found the estimated project cost for CHDK interesting.  Are these calculated on CHDK codebase, GrAnd?
27 person years for CHDK compared with Apache http server 54 person years (and  Linux kernel 3219 person years ).
Just some rough estimate but give anyway some feeling for the combined efforts of this project :).
Ooops - saw that you already covered this in the other Ohloh tread. Anyway - nice!

Flickr: Discussing CHDK for S5 IS (firmware 1.01b and a) now available! in Canon PowerShot S5  IS
huuuge thread. this one guy there does all the support, thanks to him we dont have them flood the forum :D

I'm hoping Canon will put in RAW support and a battery indicator when they come out with a firmware update for the S5.
this one comment really made me chuckle :D
i really dont get why that guy doesnt redirect the people to the wiki or the forum, instead he writes things like
    Quote
I think I might put a web site on my server dedicated to the S5 and all of it's additions. With tutorials and videos.
well okay, i now see sometimes he redirects them. funny :D i guess it's alright, less work to do :D
lots of posts down there our hero Dataghost even has a word for them :)

i wouldnt go that far as to call him that. after all, he may be a member of this very forum and knows his stuff - and also knows that flooding this forum will do no good. i dont know the exact saying, but: cut him some slack. :D
