Inhibit script logging to OSD?

I'm running the latest build of chdk on a SD850 with a script to do remote control via the usb port of zoom and shutter control. The script works just fine with the camera, but am trying to disable EVERYTHING being over-layed on the display as i am trying to use the video out for a project and do not want any overlay text. Currently, when i run the script, i see "** STARTED **" and a line of text at the bottom indicating the script name that's running. Is there anyway to inhibit that text?

Hello & welcome, cowboyway !

You may try the customable console script commands: http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_firmware_usage/MoreBest#set_console_layout & following...
