hallo! i need to take pictures of my books to save them in an hd : I'm using ixus 100 is but there's not the doc function that other cameras have. is there any script that gives similar function?

p.s. : does anyone know which are the best camera settings to have a clear book-page picture?

hallo! The doc function is a function that autoamtically crops and rotates a photo of a document : after this, ever in the same moment, it corrects the view of the paper and changes the colour settings to make it black&white like any other "doc" or "pdf"...
it can be find in many cameras  like ricoh and others...

This does not exist in CHDK, and would be extremely slow/inefficient if implemented in CHDK. Image processing should be done on a PC (or the cameras dedicated image processing hardware, but we don't have control of that)
Don't forget what the H stands for.
