Though they come from Hong Kong, mine arrived in the UK 14 days after ordering - pretty good I thought.
One point worth noting. Though they seem to be momentary push buttons, one press switches on and the next press switches off - they don't work in a momentary fashion at the receiving end. Thus if you set up SDM or CHDK so that it takes a picture when the 5v signal is removed, that will happen on the second button press.
