The script "loop21.lua" can't fin/load the library file "metering.lua"...just unzip ALL .lua files from fbonomi's zip archive to your \CHDK\SCRIPTS folder, this should do the trick...

Therein lies the problem.  I loaded the files in a folder within Scripts vice just putting them in the folder by themselves.  Problem solved.
