Assuming this feature works on your camera (in general, even without CHDK), the problem is probably that you are pressing right and set instead of clicking them. Also, your delays between keystrokes could be insufficient -- you can only know by trial and error.

ok. perhaps i better state my question again.

i wish to delete the image right after displaying it for a few seconds.

now, if i were to do this on a G11 without CHDK on it, i would need to press the 'play' button that shows photos.

then press the trashbox button and press the right button and then set.

how would you accomplish this from within CHDK?
