I have been googling for a while now for a free cross-referencing tool to
make it a bit easier to 'see through' all the code in the trunk, and I've
only found this 15 day free evalution version:

Scitools - Maintenance, Metrics and Documentation Tools for Ada, C, C++, Java, and FORTRAN

as an example, here's it's html output of a modded trunk 299:
chdk299m-xref.zip - 3.80MB
... which serves my purpose, for the moment (unpack with path, open index.html)

Still looking though, does anyone know of any freeware solution ?

Unmodified Trunk #300:  trunk300-xref.zip - 3.53MB  Jubilee Edition  :lol
Trunk #300 + PhyrePhox / Jucifer mods: trunk300mod-phy-juci-xref.zip - 3.72MB

analysis: ~ 15 secs, report generation ~ 30 secs
it takes more time initially to configure the settings

(times on AMD Turion 64 @ 1.8 GHz)
