How to make PS.FI2?

Sorry if this has been asked already, but how do I make PS.FI2? I got it to make DISKBOOT.BIN, but I normally load CHDK via the "Firm Update" method. Typing make fir doesn't make PS.FI2. (I'm on a Mac, in case it matters, and my camera is the sx110is.)
