I think fe50's response is quite adequate, but just in case you're actually humour-impaired (which I doubt based on the style of your post):
You mean the 3Mp IXUS 30 from six years ago? I doubt it has anything special going for it to encourage a developer to do a port, compared to much more interesting models.
Either become a developer yourself and attempt the job, or (the much faster, cheaper, and easier path) simply go and buy a more recent model that is supported. There are many cameras with better photographic features than the SD200 going for songs on eBay for example. If you're particularly enamoured of the SD200's styling you can get an SD300 for a pittance and it IS supported by CHDK.
You need it by the 10th of January? Little bit late for that in any case...
