Some information:
Start address: 0xFF810000
Firm ver: 1.00F
P-ID: unknown
Dancingbits: 4
I made this dump with classic nudryos udumper encoded 4th set of dancingbits (method same as for sx210):
Ixus210_SD3500_FF810000_1.00F.rar - 2.49MB

SD3500 is the first canon's touchscreen camera, and porting will be very interesting i suppose. But I token this camera just for 1 day from my friend and I can't take part in porting process. :(

I've started my IXUS300 / SD4000 port some days ago. It's very likely these cameras are simular. Maybe we can share some work in the future...

Depents on your c / asm skills you can at least disassemble the firmware dump and compare it to A720, SD4000 and SD990. Of cause your can't really test anyting without the camera...

The dump look correct. I've prepared your dump for fe50 to upload it to chdkdumps here.

I would very much appreciate work on this port. Unfortunately, I can only offer testing.

My camera, bought Sept 2010 got the same firmware as above (1.00F).

My SD990 got lost/stolen, so I'm thinking about getting an SD3500. But I need CHDK!
If someone starts a port that can at least do minute-long exposures, I'll buy an SD3500 and help test the port.
It's on sale on Amazon right now, but the price goes back up in a few days, so I might go ahead and get it anyway.
How likely is it that this will ever get ported? Seems like the touch screen might be a difficulty.

I got an IXUS210 ready for testing .No idea what is my Fw version.
