Unfortunetly - no. The camera can shoot next image as fast, as previous image processing is done. If you have RAW saving enabled it takes even more time.
Theoretically - it would be possible to disable image processing in camera somehow with only RAW-saveing, wich could be faster, than all the things, that camera has to do with an image, but nobody knows, how to change some camera behavior.
I guess, that cameras, which has burst shooting mode keeps all RAWs in memory without saving them, which saves a lot of time. It is theoretically possible too, bot never done for the same reason. Of course if SX130 has enough memory, which is unlikely since it was never designed for things like this.
Also - the last limitation, that can't be ever removed is how fast the data are read from the image sensor.
