The current CHDK user guide describes bracketing just as I would expect +/- exposure backeting to work (see page 12). While I can understand your logic, it is, I believe, atypical for describing exposure bracketing (versus TV or AV adjustment).
Regarding SuperFine working in continuous mode with CHDK bracketing off... no, it does not work, for all intents and purposes. This means that while it may appear to be taking a series of images, after the buffer fills, the screen goes black (camera freezes) and when I press the power button it immediately restarts. I say "after the buffer fills" because depending on whether I am shooting a detailed subject (where the files would be larger) the camera may shoot only three continuous images, whereas if I shoot a simple subject (smaller files) the camera may shoot seven or more continous images, ALTHOUGH NONE OF THE IMAGES WILL BE SAVED! I can sometimes get two detailed images to be saved in continuous mode if I attempt to take two images only. All my shooting is with Class 6 cards. I will attempt to get a Class 10 card to see if SuperFine or movie quality issues resolve themselves.

Erick : Some things for you to read if you are going to use CHDK (google translate might help if necessary)http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_in_Briefhttp://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_for_Dummieshttp://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK_User_ManualAnswers to your questions :1) CHDK will automatically load every time that you turn on the camera unless you delete the DISKBOOT.BIN file or you set the SD Card Lock switch to the "unlocked" position.2) Enable RAW mode by going to <ALT> mode, press the Menu button on your camera, scroll to the Raw Parameters menu and select Enable RAW.
