Hello,
Sorry this is driving me mad i have tried again this mornings using 2 different 16MB cards on my SX20 IS running version GM1-02C reading the info i download version SX20-102d and used Cardtrick.
Using cardtrick i put the memory card in a card reader and then
Formatted (after that i)
Made bootabe
Then i copied the zip file to the card using cardtrick ( checked the card a CHDK dir and the bin file a readme and ver file on the root)
Then locked the memory card
Placed it in the camera started the camera by pressing the play button the camera starts -
The CHDK spash screen appears then after a second it goes and i get No Image ?
I have read all the FAQs and help and cannot see that i can be doing it wrong but i keep trying and it keeps failing.
Before i go completely go mad can anyone help me please.

When you've seen the splash screen, CHDK is running.

* to switch to record mode, press or half-press the shutter button once
* to enter the CHDK <Alt> mode press the PRINT button
* to open the CHDK main menu, press the MENU button while you're in <Alt> mode
* to exit the <Alt> mode, press PRINT again...

Thank you i was missing the 'print' button once done i could see 'alt' i can now see the menu, mind you i thought it just upgraded did not know it was a large choice thing i wanted raw but its a complicated menu for an old man hehe
