Hi there!
First of all I think this custom firmware is brilliant. I saw it working in a friend's camera and I decided to try it out myself straight away.

I am having a problem installing CHDK in my Ixus 860IS, I think I am doing everything well, following the steps in the installing guide, but when I put the SD card in my camera, if I press the start button for camera mode it just does nothing. If I start it in Play mode, it boots correctly and I get the CHDK boot logo so it is booting it correctly. I cannot switch to Camera mode though, so I cannot use it.

Here are my technical details:
Camera Model (Using CameraVersion): Powershot SD870 IS / Digital IXUS 860 IS / IXY Digital 910 IS   
Version: 100 C
CHDK zip: ixus860_sd870-100c-0.9.9-1004-full.zip  (I also tried ixus860_sd870-100c-0.9.9-1004.zip with same results)
NOTE: I couldn't find a specific build for 860IS, just without the IS. Could this be the problem?
I used cardtricks 1.44 in a Windows XP SP3 PC

Try holding down the power button while starting CHDK, or half press the shutter to switch to record mode.
