Hard to belkieve that canon will change the sensor size for just that line of cameras, when they are so late entering that market.
So either it's that of a kickass camera (which would cut both their SLR and camcorder sales (which they wanted to avoid not-so-long ago) and they will be many others following soon (like one entry-level, one moddle and one high), either it won't happen.
