Manually starting/stoping script working?

Dear all,

I'm wondering if you have solution to problem of starting/stopping script to work? I was trying Barney's script (from thread "Highest Speed Motion-Detection (Lightning) Scripts" in finished scripts) and when photo starts script, I'm unable to stop it. No button is working and I can't get into ALT mode (to choose script definitions). Is there any "shortcut" how to start/stop script execution? Thanks in advance.

Pressing the shutter button starts a script. Pressing the shutter button again interrups the script.
