I'm afraid you'll probably have to do some market research. People who aren't actively looking for a new camera don't generally have a reason to care much about prices and therefore such a price list would be bound to be out of date sooner or later. Camera model life cycles are short, prices update often (and may have significant local differences).
It often takes a long time for CHDK to be ported for a camera even into a beta release of work in progress.
I'd suggest you to find out what's available and what interests you at all and then compare against available builds (I'd look at the autobuild download site instead of wikia for this one, because the download site is updated automatically wheres wiki updates are up to someone remembering to do some manual labour).
Note that purchasing a model that seems to be supported doesn't quite 100% mean that CHDK will run on it as is, because you could end up getting one with a new firmware version. Adjusting an existing port for a new fw version is usually a lot less work than cooking up an entire port, though.
