Bad pixel removal for video?

I have a canon powershot a560, it works well with stills but with video, there are a few hot pixels that show up red

is there a way to get the dead pixel data to work while recording video?

PS CHDK works great, the raw image support has greatly improved image quality.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/razor512/

I just wish there were more options to improve video quality

Hello & welcome, Razor512 !

No; CHDK can remove/unmask bad pixels only on still images, but not on videos...

Since the A560 uses the "old" MPEG video format, you may get slightly better videos with CHDK's video overrides; for high quality you'll have to use a fast SD card then...

I have a 4GB sandisk extreme 30MB/s

I have the video bitrate to 2x

I am also planning on getting another camera having a lot of trouble choosing since I don't want to lose chdk.

My benchmarks are (chdk benchmark tool)

Write (RAW) : 10979 KB/s
Write (Mem) : 9170 KB/s
Write (64k) : 7123 KB/s
Read (64k) : 8071 KB/s
