I haven't tried this myself (running a rather old binary), but if I have understood things correctly, badlixel.lua is no more (and if you find an old copy, it will no longer work) and instead a CHDK menu item "Create badpixel.bin" in RAW menu does the trick. Apparently some documentation somewhere would need updating too...
