Source for 11 Pin Mini USB connector

Does anyone know of a source for the 11 pin mini USB connector used for Canons such as the IXUS 200 ?

I would like to make up a combined lead for Video feed and remote control.

I have found these;

Which can be shaped a bit to fit, but is there a source for the geniune connector or cable, preferably ready wired ?

There's quite a bit about that connector (HTC ExtUSB) including how to make a combined USB/video lead on the KAP forum here

So still no source for the genuine one?
I bought the HTC one on sparkfun -without realizing it was not a100% fit until I received it- and if no better solution will also go to the "Dremel way" to make it fit, but I would prefer a really clean -and hopefully more reliable- solution.
Anybody has a good find?
