Work in progress, see
http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=4338.0 .
Preliminary CHDK PTP (USB camera communication) stuff is in autobuilds already and works fine but is only enabled by default for some cameras that have been tested. Video feed with PTP is not in trunk, but has been demonstrated by ewavr before (it'll be there one day we hope, but coding CHDK is nobody's day job -- the major obstacle is to make it work smoothly with all or even most cameras instead of just one or two models).
Nice find, btw. From a quick look at their web page it seems rather likely that they are selling a modified or rewritten CHDK (features other than PTP stripped away, with modifications to PTP code to meet their needs).
If you're in hurry, you may find a model that has PTP already enabled in autobuilds, hook its video output to the PC (composite video -> USB digitizers are cheap) and use CHDK PTP to control the camera, shoot and transfer photos.
