Flash/ISO Problem

When i change the ISO on sd1000(using chdk ALBEST BUILD#34) and take a shot everything is fine, but when i use flash, the ISO goes down to 250. Why? When I don't boot CHDK, and make changes to ISO(USING CANON SOFTWARE) with flash everything is fine. Please help!
