There is an interesting construction article on the Instructables site regarding flying a brain controlled, remote control helicopter.

Some of the creative members on this site may find aspects of the project applicable to remote control photography applications. One application that comes to mind is where using a remote control is a hindrance and replacing the remote control with a visual biofeedback loop can control the camera with an accurate real time response.
