Somwhere i read that there are some limitations for CHDK because of small ram in cameras and it came to my mind that CHDK developers coud add feature that is windows vista/7 ready boost like to extend ram to memory card

The cameras don't have an MMU, which would make virtual memory rather hard to implement. SD card access is also very slow. Loadable modules would be a more practical option.
