Hi !
I bought a video camera Canon HF100 in the Canada, but I live in Poland. I'd like to make a 3D video camera by connection two video cameras in this same system. Unfortunately I've got one camcorder in PAL and second in NTSC. Could you help me change the system in one of them?

Best wishes,
Zdzislaw :)

Hello & welcome !

Could you help me change the system in one of them?
This is not possible with CHDK - CHDK only supports Powershot cameras, no video cameras.
On most Powershot cameras you can change the video system (PAL / NTSC) from the menu / original firmware; if this is not possible on your HF100, IMO the only way would be a firmware update / change - but most probably Canon will never publish such an update...

Yes, this is correct.

Notice the thread you linked doesn't have anything useable by end users, it only has some very preliminary reverse engineering work. Someone discussing DV on this forum does not mean CHDK supports these cameras. There does appear to be some discussion of the NTSC/PAL setting. If you read it, you will no as much or more than we do about this topic.
Don't forget what the H stands for.
