Patch for S100:
- use Video button as Display button (thanks to msl)
- enable GPS Menu

All successful testet on S100-102a by Peter_A720 from german CHDK forum http://forum.chdk-treff.de/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2651&start=45#p27962

sx240 patch:
- New loader
- Code converted to code_gen
- filewritetask implemented
- function in platform/sx240hs/sub/*/kbd.c moved to  platform/sx240hs/kbd.c
Tested on sx240 101a

S100 patch:

- custom bitmap palette
- changed bitmap palette definition 7 => 13
