I told my wife to download it from UK and you were right, it downloaded just fine!

Anyhow I'm attaching screenshots, trust me, it was not opening for some reason. It ought to be 0.14 bytes but comes out as 0 bytes. Tried clearing cache and all that.

Maybe zshare doesnt like Pakistan.

I'll try it out now.

It might not help much, but according to the IXUS105 (1.00c) firmware, error 32 seems to refer to a problem with the IS hardware. Maybe worth a try to switch it off.

The exact error message can for sure be found with the ver.req / vers.req method http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/SD1300IS.

(for those who are interested: the error table starts around 0xffea9bc4 in that firmware)

@funnel

At start of spytask I put *((long*)(0x27b4+0x34)) = 0;

What did you do ?

I switched IS off, still has the same problem.

Mine is 100.D though.

Could you find out the error message (look at the link in my post)?

edit: really nice forum feature, quoting web links breaks them...

I tried, it does not work, or perhaps I'm not doing it right.

Heres what I did

Created a file ver.req on root of the memory card.

Turned on the cam and pressed FUNC/SET and then DISP 3 times
Did it 2 and 4 times too.
Did this while in ALT mode.
Did this while out of ALT mode.

Nothing showed on the screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Edit: I also tried this with vers.req and at one point, both ver.req and vers.req placed.

I just called the function from lua call_func_ptr and all I could see that the 1 changed to 0 and that's it, no crashes or anything.
