First off, thanks for an awesome tool guys, it's absolutely fantastic. I'm only just getting to grips with it and two things are confusing me:

When using the manual focus during video, is there a way to stop the "SD" value from going past 0? I find that when I'm videoing and  holding the zoom lever I keep accidentally going past 0 which ruins my beautiful focus pull!

Second, how do I take Raw pictures with CHDK on my Canon Powershot SX220 HS? I don't get it?
