I found this CHDK in this website. Is this a valid one?

If I install CHDK on my A800 will it have the same features as a normal CHDK one found here: http://mighty-hoernsche.de/?

Do I need to install it on the memory card in a different way?

No, it is not a valid version of CHDK. What you found is a dump of the firmware from an A800 camera, suitable for use by a CHDK developer who wants to create a CHDK version for the A800.

CHDK is not currently available for the A800. CHDK Wiki Link about porting cameras
