Cannot open RAW files

Hi!

I have the lastest firmware version on a Powershot A720. But since the begining I wasn't able to open a RAW file (I've tried several programs) due to exif error



I've tried lot of things on the menu, but nothing seams to work :(

Any ideas out there?

Thanks for the link, but, for example, DGN for PS is in Russian (don't know why). although I tried to use it, it only creates folders with the date of the taken picture and nothing inside. then I tried UFRaw and it says "usupported file format". The extension is CRW BTW.
Raw therapee crashes when opening the file. Then I realized that I might be using the wrong file format. So I decided to save one picture in every format I'm able to save. But on every extension, I get "unsupported" using ufraw. Is there any other setting I'm using wrong?

PS: I just installed fast stone image viewer and it says that the images have 1x1 pixels and the exif info is empty on every file format I take raw pictures...

Jejeje, may be because the authors are Russian?
You can download the beta release, it contains English and even Spanish translations (Alejandro sounds like a Spanish name)

May be you are not selecting the right Camera Type in "Settings"

What settings?
in main menu -> raw parameters:
Save RAW                         [ *]
Noise reduction                  [Auto]
Only first raw in series        [ *]
RAW file in dir with  JPEG    [ *]
RAW file prefx                    [CRW_]
RAW file extensaon             [CRW]

Well, YES, with that one works...and I understand it =P (I didn't knew they were Russian). And yes, I speak Spanish (and german...and english....and italian :P) but I'm not from Spain, I'm Peruvian ;)

i use Rawtherapee... it supports all kind of raws
