Where can I find a motion detection script for ligtning photography?
(Canon SX230HS)

I use this one on sx220 http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/UBASIC/Scripts:Lightning_script_--_Fudgey

My second question ist how it is possible to do a HDR photo of a lightning?

The best option is using the MD burst script and
-set Burst/preview to more than 3,
-enable bracketing in continuous mode (I would use Av or ISO bracketing because it's faster)
-set the camera in High speed burst mode to get fast continuous shooting (9 pics/s) or you can use the normal continuous mode if you want.

For indoor testing the threshold set to 40 seems to be ok, for lightning I set it to 20.

You'll have to play with it some time to find the best settings.

You can also make an HDR image from single RAW file - you need to make a few images from one raw using different exposures.
if (2*b || !2*b) {
    cout<<question
}

Compile error: poor Yorick
