How to install CHDK on my new Eye-Fi card

I just bought a 4 GB Eye-Fi card and it doesn't seem to work with CHDK. I downloaded the software from the Eye-Fi card onto my Mac and then used SDM Inst to partition the card into the 16bit bootable part and the 32 bit for the CHDK AND the Eye-Fi software from my desktop. It does't work though, Can somebody who has successfully installed the Eye-Fi software onto the partitioned SD walk me through the installation process?

Thanks!

From why I understand eye-fi doesn't like partitioned cards. You may be able to format the whole thing FAT16, since it is a 4 gb card
Don't forget what the H stands for.

The latest version (1.18) of SDMInst will properly format a 4gb card as FAT16, but you may have to edit the sdminst.properties file (by double-clicking it) to make sure it has the line:
  max1size=4000
A570, S100, Ixus 127
Author of ASSIST, STICK, WASP, ACID, SDMInst, LICKS, WICKS, MacBoot, UBDB, CFGEdit

I spent some time doing trial and error with different format versions, Eye-Fi doesn't like 16bit at all, so for now I have managed to manually load CHDK everytime I turn my camera on. It's running 32 bit though and only one partition. When I do 2 partitions, one 16 bit and the other 32 bit, Eye-Fi keeps installing in the 16 bit partition which doesn't work with wifi. I have no idea why. For now CHDK is running but with a handicap :-)

What camera are you using?
The cameras released this year can boot CHDK from a FAT32 partition (up to 32GB).
This includes the SX220, SX230 and IXUS310 models.
