Strange, I can't reproduce this in CHDK-Shell on my system.

Try changing the line:
#if CAM_USE_COLORED_ICONS
to
#if defined(CAM_USE_COLORED_ICONS)

and see if that helps. If it does, I'll submit an update.

wierd....changed that, but then got another error for something else...
going to re download and install chdk shell....
