Camera: SD800IS

CHDK version:http://mighty-hoernsche.de/bins/ixus850_sd800-100e-0.9.9-1361-full.zip
Installed fine. Works fine.
I have saved a number of scripts including Ultra Intervalometer and Fast Motion detection
to the Scripts folder on my SD card.
I can see the scripts in the volume on the SD card, but they do not appear in the camera when I try to load them.
Only the default.bas scripts appear.
I have a Mac (Snow Leopard) and have used CHDK before as well as these scripts on a SX20is.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Duh......I didn't see the uBasic and Lua folders in the 4Pack folder which all of which weren't in the old build.

Hmmm ... how does that solve your problem of not being able to find the Ultra INtervalometer and Fast Motion detection scripts that you stored on your SD card ?

If you store them outside of these folders, in the script folder for instance, you won't be able to see them in the CHDK menu.

Well then, there is something strange going on with the SD800is.  On both my G10 and SD940,  I can store a script files anywhere on the SD card,  see it with the "Load Script from File..." menu item, load it and run it.  I can also see it with the file browser.

Note that there are simple script files called "MOTION.BAS",  "MOTION.LUA", "INTERVAL.BAS" and "INTERVAL.LUA" now included in the latest builds.  If you saw those,  they are not the  Ultra Intervalometer and Fast Motion detection files you tried to  copy onto the SD card from your PC.

You mentioned that your are using a MAC.  You might want to read through this : http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ/Mac#How_to_Copy_Script_Files_Without_Errors

No - script files can be stored in any folder you can explore with the file browser dialog.

@Lebowski:
You've most probably stored the files on the wrong partition...
Using a mutli-partition setup, place the files on the partition where your images are stored - or save all CHDK files & folders on both partitions in general.

There seems to be occasional confusion about what to put where on dual partition SD cards.  The correct answer is that you need only the DISKBOOT.BIN on a small, FAT16 bootable partition. Everything else goes on the FAT16 or FAT32 larger partition.  (And the small partition only needs to large enough to hold that file - about 300K is enough.)
