Hello!

Currently the banner seen on index.php site changes it's height everytime, the text is changed. It's inconvenient, cause sometimes hyperlinks just flee from coursor. Could it has a fixed size?

I think i can work around that... I usually have it rolled up, so I often forget it has that behavior.

I used a work around to get it fixed size. As it also rolls up, it wasn't enough to define a height, so I ended up doing it like this.
