Just realized that hook_raw_size is found by the automatic signature finder (stubs_entry.S). I have updated the lib.c file and it should now be complete.
Tried out the superfine override today and don't think it is working for this camera. I am not familiar with using this override, but no matter what I tried I couldn't get the image size to be any bigger than the fine size.
You mean the filesize or the dimensions ? Superfine should increase the filesize (assuming you are shooting a similar scene,) but not the image dimensions. In my experience, it has very little effect on visible quality, which is probably why Canon removed it.
Hi Reyalp,I mean the file size. I agree that the difference between fine and superfine is not easy to detect. It mainly involves the color sampling in the jpeg compression. For me I want the highest color fidelity so wish I had superfine. Raw may be working in the latest autobuild (1581 or later). Please check.
