Includes the script used to dump, ver.req data, and a sample image.  Not sure this is the right place to put it, but couldn't find any sort of centralized place to upload to.

Thanks for the upload. My camera gave me the following detail:

Firmware Ver: GM1.00A (1.0.0.0)
Adj Ver: 005.005
Serial: xxx
Mecha firmware: 2.07
Mecha DSP firmware: 1.03

We have the same firmware version. Thanks once again. Now please wait till I get time to delve more inside.
For the time being, you can create a wiki page here. I created one but it was deleted as there was no content inside it.

there is a page on the CHDK wiki where you can enter the your firmware dump link. i just added the page with rev 1.00D firmware dump.
