Hi.
I am using CHDK in my SX200is.
I am trying to open CRW files shooted with this camera, CHDK and my mac with OSX.
The experience is frustrating, because I cant find any tool to open or convert into a DNG or readable RAW format.
The related soft dng4ps is unactualliced since two years ago and the beta for OSX appears not to support SX200is

Someone knows any way to process the CRW files from SX200IS in OSX.

Unfortunately I use Windows, however this was recently mentioned in another CHDK forum and might help you: http://snafs.com/tag/dng4ps/

Rather than shoot photos in CRW and try to convert to DNG, why not shoot using the CHDK DNG instead? The DNG photos can usually be viewed by the newer photo apps (such as Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) without converting.

To enable saving DNG images on your Canon camera open up the CHDK menu and then select the Raw Parameters menu item. In the Raw window enable DNG format and  DNG file extension. This will save a Raw image in the DNG format that can be opened up on Mac OS X in programs like Preview, Graphic Converter, or Adobe Photoshop. You might also want to enable RAW file in dir with JPEG.

You will also need to run badpixel.lua to generate the badpixel list before enabling DNG

I will enable the DMG option, and will try to open my old CRW into a windows computer.

I'm running OSX 10.6.6 and Preview won't properly show DNG's created on my A570. They appear fine in Photoshop and Preview does open them, but they appear black.
