The barrel distortion is normal. The raw data have not been altered by the internal processing the camera normally does.

I tried to access the file  https://chdk.kernreaktor.org/chdk-changelog.txt  that is cited in changelog.txt but It is not working.  Maybe that txt file should be updated.

If you want to know about the status of a3200 port, maybe the easiest option is to read previous posts in this thread.
Other option is to check the notes.txt in platform/a3200.

People are confused because the link from Wiki release 1.1 download page leads to the 1.0 changelog  instead to 1.1 changelog ,when you click on number of revision.

I hope someone will understand what I wanted to write  :lol

http://mighty-hoernsche.de/

Click on the revision number on the top of the page (currently 2207).
There is a link:http://trac.assembla.com/chdk/log/branches/release-1_0?action=stop_on_copy&rev=head&stop_rev=&mode=stop_on_copy&verbose=on

and it should be:
http://trac.assembla.com/chdk/log/branches/release-1_1?action=stop_on_copy&mode=follow_copy&stop_rev=&limit=100&verbose=on

Hello! Thank you for developing the software!
I would like to keep my A3200is jus as it is, except add zooming while recording video and remove maximum video length.
So...if I install the CHDK firmware, will my camera become much harder(PRO) to use, or does it still keep the simple(auto) modes, while adding some new features?
Thank you!

The normal Canon operations do not change.  If you don't enter the CHDK <ALT> mode then your camera works the way it always has.    Navigating the CHDK <ALT> menus and setting up the video things you want is a bit different but simple - hardly anything somebody would call "PRO".

BTW ... CHDK is not really firmware.  Its never installed in the camera's permanent memory - it only loads temporarily each time the camera starts into RAM.  No permanent changes are made to your camera.
