Blue Sea Beach script

I need a script to make my photos looking as blue sea beach, because the photos I have taken so far, are very poor looking. The matter of fact is the sea in this country is gray. But I believe CHDK has something to do with it. CHDK may make it close to blue or cyan by any script. So, I would like to have a script like that. Who's gonna help me with this?

(note: retouching may make it better, but I want it as good as possible by chdk)

I don't think CHDK is going to be the best way to get your desired result.

You may want to experiment with white balance while shooting. Some general photography references/tutorials may help you understand this, and also provide other suggestions for getting the right colors. Random result from google http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/whitebalance.htm

While I suggest pursuing the above first, shooting DNG (or CHDK raw) does allow you to adjust the white balance after the fact on your PC, without any loss of quality.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

White balance and saturation can help you out.
