I am looking for sx30is 1.00c chdk version but cannot find it on the cdhk forum builds. does it exist? i see versions e and above but not c and below. any help is appreciated!

No, there is no 1.00c version yet. You're the first person to report having a camera with that version.
Creating a port is fairly straightforward; but we need a dump of the firmware first.
If you are interested in doing this the "Universal dumper" script should work:
