Hi

I have a little problem with raws from my camera, they look weird >> http://i44.tinypic.com/w990lu.jpg
but jpg is normal >> http://i40.tinypic.com/2rdvr47.jpg
so, is there any way how to fix it ?

This is normal.  Your camera corrects that distortion when it creates the JPG file.  On the other hand, the CHDK RAW file is exactly what is on the sensor so there is no correction applied.   You need to use image editing software on your PC to correct it.
