Hi,
i got Canon a540 i have installed CHDK but i need to:
1) take Normal HDR 7 shots with Ev1 intervals (default is HDR 3 shots)
2) take 5 shot HDR TimeLapse.
3) Please also Tell me where to Download Original Canon Firmware for a540.

NOTE:
I need Original Canon Firware because i get this Error in Version Request screen when i press SET + DISP. buttons:

Screen 1:
Pressing SET and DISP button shows the following screen:
Canon PowerShot A540
P-ID:311B PAL

Firmware Ver GM1.00B

Screen 2:
Pressing SET and DISP button again results in:
Canon PowerShot A540
P-ID:311B  PAL

ZoomLensError

@DevilMind
Do not bother with this error E18 if Your Cam work OK.
I'v had same and still persist - accidentally was blocked Lens when retracting for a while.
My Cam still working fine.
The Error is only registered by Canon Firmware. If another error occurs this one will disappear.

If Your Cam do not work due to this Error, look at this link:

CHDK does not change the firmware in your camera.  So you already have the original Canon firmware that was on your camera prior to loading CHDK -  it has not been changed.

As Pier stated in answer to your post, the error message is only a note that your lens had a problem at one time.  If your camera is now working properly,  you can ignore it.
