Problems with CHDK on A720IS in view-mode

Hello,
I'm using CHDK Allbest #37 on the a720IS. Works well, but when I'm in View-Mode an I try to zoom into pictures, the camera powers on (the lens comes out) an the picture zoom doesn't work correcty (ie the cam tries to focus etc.).

Any ideas? Bug or feature? :-)

hi ewavr,

i just wanted to express my thanks to you for such a superb piece of work - i stumbled across chdk by chance a few weeks ago, after i had purchased a powershot a720. it was a compromise purchase, as i really would have liked raw functionality and a live histogram, but cost and size restrictions led me to choose the a720.

when i came across chdk, i couldn't believe it

such a great piece of software! the only thing that i found awkward about it was this bug, and now i find that it's fixed
