Just for what it's worth, I've been working on testing out the a800 100c and I've run in to this issue, too - when I turn on RAW capture the .jpg pictures look fine but the RAW pictures (I've just been leaving them the default .CR2) are purple. Philmoz suggested changing the 'cam_CFAPattern' value in
this post and I tested it and reported in
this post that it didn't seem to change anything (and so waterwingz even had me slightly tweak a menu title just to make sure it was actually building off of my tweaks, and it was.) Waterwingz then linked this thread here - since the a800 100c is still in beta it is entirely possible that you are right, Lebeau, and we have something messed up in the parameters for the RAW data. If we figure anything out I'll try and remember to post in this thread again
