Hello, since I inquired three years ago about slit scan photography (someone else briefly mentioned the topic a year before that, too), Masayuki Akamatsu has developed the Timetracks app for the iPhone:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/timetracks-slit-scan-camera/id348543978Notably, the iPhone does not have a shutter, but to me that would not seem an important consideration! That is, having a shutter or not should not much affect the programming for the sensor, should it?
Is anything like this possible for the CHDK project? Slit scan seems to be the most commonly used term, but perhaps there is something similar in CHDK development, but just called by another term.
